As we continue to endeavor the global pandemic, businesses have to think of ways to innovate and work around the new normal. The coworking and shared office community is no exception to this. We are currently experiencing a massive disruption in various industries across the globe and the only way to survive and thrive is adaptability.
Different businesses are smart enough to restructure their existing operating models to suit the situation. Right now, thinking smart and working smarter has never rung true. More than ever, coworking spaces and serviced offices are rising up to the occasion.
For the purpose of health safety and peace of mind of our coworkers and serviced office tenants, we have employed the following health precautions to continue productivity despite the ongoing COVID19 crisis.
Our office spaces are regularly sanitized and disinfected from the office equipment, facilities, furniture, and communal areas including pantries and reception areas.
Disinfection of High Contact Surfaces
All high contact surfaces are also made sure to be sanitized. These include desks, buttons, door handles, drawers, and switches.
Sanitizers And Disinfectants Throughout The Space
DHA-approved, medical-grade sanitizers, and disinfectants are available for coworkers and staff to use.
Wearing Of Face Masks
Everyone is expected to wear face masks while inside the coworking space. This will prevent contamination and keep you from unnecessarily touching your nose and mouth.
Proper social distancing is observed throughout the areas of the coworking space. Coworkers are seated 2 meters apart.
Daily Temperature Checks
Temperature is checked for everyone entering the premises. This is done every day to ensure no one is working whilst experiencing fever or any sickness.
We encourage all our coworking members to observe healthy hygiene practices and avoid crowded places. One way to think smart is by having an environment that’s safe as well as conducive for productivity.
We recognize the importance of sustaining your business capacities. And we are continuing our efforts to offer startups, small businesses, and even remote workers the capability to work smarter and efficiently with the help of our facilities and healthy measures in place.
