myOffice opened for business in 2010 after extensive research into the Serviced Office requirements needed in the Middle East. We clearly understood that the serviced office industry needed a facility that catered to high-end businesses in prime locations at an affordable price. We also knew that clients were looking for tailor-made, personalised services due to the lifestyle and culture adopted in the Middle East.
We underestimated the project plans and to our surprise the first myOffice Business Centre in Downtown Dubai was a great success and at full occupancy within 4 months of opening. The business model was unique and became popular with new and existing businesses locally and internationally.
Only six months on from opening our first office, we grew beyond measure, opening another four new business centres across Dubai and Saudi Arabia. Having developed such a strong and adaptable management program and expansion strategy, myOffice Shareholders plan to roll out additional centres across the Middle East at a steady growth over the next five years.

Our primary business function is to provide fully facilitated luxury serviced offices along with business support services including corporate sponsorship, trade licensing and concierge business services.
We have a sound understanding of our business and have built the foundation and business model on best practice and lessons learned. Every department in our business has been carefully planned and structured to maximize the potential of our operations. Right from the recruitment of every team member, to floor plans and fit-out expectations, IT infrastructure (hardware and software – including programs), back office infrastructure, marketing, through to lead generation for our sales teams.

We have a dedicated and responsible team of professionals who ensure our clients business needs are met with the highest standards and on time. We have implemented an internal appraisal system to monitor our staffs progress and also have an external customer audit that we conduct on a regular basis to measure our KPI’s.
