5.1. For company formation, licensing, visa, PRO, banking, Ejari, tax, and related support services, timelines and outcomes may depend on government authorities, banks, free zones, landlords, third-party providers, and the completeness of documents provided by the client.
5.2. myOffice will use reasonable care and skill when assisting with business support services, but cannot guarantee approvals, processing times, regulatory decisions, bank decisions, or actions by third parties or authorities.
5.3. Clients are responsible for ensuring their information, documents, authorisations, and business activities are accurate, lawful, and compliant with applicable requirements.
6. Acceptable Use
6.1. You may not use our website, locations, services, business address, communication channels, facilities, or support services for unlawful, fraudulent, misleading, harmful, or unauthorised purposes.
